Thaksin Shinawatra, a billionaire, was prime minister of Thailand, from 2001-2006.

Thaksin has been compared to Donald Trump.

Thaksin showed how a billionaire politician could win votes from the poor, as the result of anti-elite anger.

...

"Thousands of deaths and disappearances occurred" while Thaksin was prime minister.

When asked what responsibility he bears for these killings, especially after urging the police to be ruthless in dealing with the drugs trade, he says: he didn't really mean it.

He was 'bluffing' the drug dealers, just as he bluffed insurgents in the south.

'That's my style, of bluffing,' he says. 'If you monitor what Donald Trump is saying, he's bluffing.'

Michael Glassner (above) arranged the deal that gave the lease of the World Trade Center to the Larry Silverstein Group.[7]

Michael Glassner, formerly of AIPAC, is now Donald Trump's top political planner.

Fifty days before 9/11, Larry Silverstein's Silverstein Properties and Frank Lowy's Westfield America secured a 99-year lease on World Trade Center Buildings One, Two, Four and Five. Silverstein already owned Building Seven.

Silverstein and Westfield America insured the WTC complex for $3.55 billion, but after the attacks of September 11 lodged a claim for $7.1 billion on the premise that each plane collision constituted a separate act of terrorism, doubling the payout.

About $5.4 billion went into the pockets of Lowy and Silverstein.

Trump wants more money to go to the Military Industrial Complex.

He pretends that ISIS does not work for the Pentagon.

Trump told a Phoenix audience that "I'm the most militaristic person in this room."

Trump's national political director is Michael Glassnerformerly of AIPAC (The American Israel Public Affairs Committee)

"How does one go from serving AIPAC ... to running Donald Trump's national political operation today?"

From AIPAC to Trump: Michael Glassner's journey

Remember 9/11, 2001?

From 1998 to 2001, Michael Glassner was chief of staff to Lewis Eisenberg, chair of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

Glassner was involved in the deal that gave the lease of the World Trade Center to the Silverstein Group.[7]

In 2000, Glassner advised George W. Bush's presidential campaign.

In 2014, Glassner was working for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC)

In February 2016, Glassner said, "My interest in pro-Israel politics had grown exponentially. Particularly since 9-11, which represented a real credible threat to all Americans and in particular as a Jew, I felt very strongly about the threat of radical Islam and so I became more and more involved with AIPAC."[12]

Trump says of Glassner: "Michael is responsible for developing and implementing a national political plan and will oversee strategic planning operations nationwide."[14]

Gearóid Ó Colmáin writes of how Marx & Engels also confronted the 'mass migration' weapon in the 1800s ... and they totally opposed such schemes as destructive of the working class:

« Marx and Engels described a form of class warfare whereby the ruling class crushes national organised labour through the influx of desperately poor migrants. Engels in his book 'The Condition of the Working Class in England' describes how the immigration of brutalised Irish paupers to England sabotaged English working class militancy and was a key component of class divide and rule.

In 1870 Marx wrote:
'Introducing into the local labour market foreign labour lowers wages and alongside that the material, moral and cultural position of the indigenous working class.'

The General Council of the First International 1866-1888, discussed the importation by the bosses of Belgian workers into England who were prepared to work for lower rates. Here we can read that the ‘General Council committed itself to use its influence to prevent the importation of any more Belgian workers at reduced prices.’

Marx repeatedly warned about, and denounced the weaponisation of, foreign workers against domestic labour. Marx also pointed out that foreign workers resident in the country would suffer most from coercive engineered migration. Denouncing this policy Marx wrote: 'The newly-imported workers, being completely helpless in a strange land, would soon sink to the level of pariahs.' Marx described these migrants as ‘obedient mercenaries of capital in its struggle against labour’

Liberal leftists and Trotskyite ‘Marxists’ approach the problem of migration through bourgeois categories. They, therefore, frenziedly accuse anyone who disagrees with their phony ‘internationalism’ as ‘racist’ and ‘fascist’, playing into the hands of international finance capitalists and oligarchs such as George Soros and the Zionist mafia.

It is therefore correct for a Marxist to concur on the question of immigration with some of the views of bourgeois, patriotic leaders such as Vladimir Putin and Victor Orban. Protecting nation states from coercive engineered migration is in the interest of workers everywhere. »

Some interesting points there. Was New Labour so pro immigration just to keep house prices sky high enslaving workers with huge mortgages and rents while keeping bankers in the money? Did the ruling class who use the propaganda of loyalty to one's country putting Britain first stitch our country up? Big business is ugly, and the ruling class are vulgar.

Greg Palast on the US Election, Trump, Paul Singer, and Argentinian Debt

The Vulture: How Billionaire Rubio Backer Paul Singer Made Billions off Argentina Debt Crisis. Argentina has reached an agreement to pay U.S. hedge funds that have sought for 14 years to profit off the country’s debt.

Journalist Greg Palast talks about his recent article called "Rubio’s Billionaire Wins Ransom from Argentina."

Greg Palast explains to Amy Goodman and Juan Gonzalez that the billionaires behind Marco Rubio are not unhappy if he loses. The important point is that they rewarded their poodle. The "establishment" is only unhappy with The Donald because he could lose. Their concern is to stop a President Hillary or a President Bernie — both of whom are committed to putting the top donor to the Republican Party, Paul ‘The Vulture’ Singer, out of business.

He will spend what it takes to keep them out of the White House.

It’s a tangled story — but Greg Palast unties the knot in 8 minutes on this clip from Democracy Now

Marco Rubio, the senator swept into office by the Holy Rollin' Florida Tea Party wing of the Republican party, southern district, offers his concession speech last night:

QUOTE: "I want to leave with an expression of gratitude to God. In whose hands all things . . . lie ...
He has a plan for every one of our lives . Everything that comes from God is good. God is Perfect! God makes no mistakes. And He has things planned for all of us. And we await eagerly to see what lies ahead. And so I leave tonight with one final prayer, and I use the words of King David, because I remain grateful to God. 'Yours O Lord is the Greatness and the Power and the Glory and the Victory and the Majesty. Indeed Everything that is in the heavens and the earth. Yours is the dominion oh Lord, and you exult yourself as head over all. Both riches and honour come from you, and you rule over all. And in your hands is power and might. And it lies in your hand to make great and to strengthen everyone.'

and then the chastised candidate espoused his own prayer for the chattel:

"may God strengthen our people. May God strengthen our nation. May God strengthen the conservative movement. May God strengthen the Republican party. May God strengthen our Eventual Nominee and may God always Bless and Strengthen this great nation, the United States of America. Thank you and may God bless you all. "

Sorry Aang for this odd comment but damn this speech registers to me as the senator supplicant before his psychotically enraged God while at the same time demanding conformity to his version of reality, warped and yet direct as it may be. May God bless the conservative movement indeed.

These people do not pray to the Creator.

Their God is the Jewish god of darkness.
